I hope there's more of Grey's couples next week though. It was a bit weird that Meredith and Derek hardly spoke to each other. But yeah, he was in the OR most of the time and she was spooked by the vivacity of his old friends. "Good" old Meredith...
I also really want to know more about Callie and Arizona. I was really hoping to see them... See them doing what?.. I don't know, just an exchange of looks would be great. I really really really want to know what's going to happen between them! And all it would take was an exchange of looks. :D (I'm imagining it now. It seems great in my head. Sara Ramirez is a rockstar! :D:D:D)
Oh, and Alex and Izzie! Isn't Izzie awesome? She rocked in this episode. She was being herself again. Like when she decorated the house for Christmas and stuff like that. I love Izzie and I had forgotten it with the whole sleeping with George thing. It's good that they brought her back.

Oh, and... Izzie and George are NOT leaving GA!!! According to Shonda Rhimes, so it's trustworthy information. Isn't that just awesome?
